This coming week-end is our annual Gravenstein Apple Fair! Known as the “Sweetest Little Fair in Sonoma County” and sponsored by Sonoma County Farm Trails it will be held on Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th beginning at 10AM at Ragel Ranch Park.

This past week-end, the annual Windsor Balloon Classic, also known as the Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic took place at Keiser Park. The Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic (SCHABC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building awareness in and promoting the sport of hot air ballooning, in addition to helping raise money for local charitable organizations

I love old barns! They are a symbol for a time gone past, they can be full of stuff collected over decades or just full of memories. Napa and Sonoma County barns are all over the countryside. They are usually on private property so one does not get to tour them everyday.
