One of my favorite local cheeses is Bodega Goat Cheese. First off I have an affinity for Bodega (NOT Bodega Bay, but Bodega) because that’s where I met my wife Irene Turner. Because she lived there I had the opportunity to meet Patty Carlin (owner and operator of Bodega Goat Cheese) and visit her Goat Farm, located there.

Serious gardeners flock to western Sonoma County’s nurseries and gardens in summer, as do people afflicted with brown thumbs who just enjoy ogling. And no where is better then the Hallberg Butterfly Gardens right down the street from my real estate office here in Graton!
